Your startup credits will be automatically deposited in your console within 24-48 hours of approval. New Deepgram accounts also receive $200 in promotional credits to start building immediately.
Frequently Asked Questions
Credit allocation is determined based on your startup stage, use case, and growth potential. Accepted startups receive up to $5,000 in credits to get started with the opportunity to receive significantly more as you build and scale—up to $100,000 total.
As you continue building and using Deepgram, you can receive up to $10,000 in additional credits —for a total of up to $15,000 throughout the program.
After you use your initial $5,000, we'll review your usage and provide additional credits to support your continued growth. The more you're building and shipping, the more we can support you.
Each credit grant expires 12 months from when it's issued. This means your initial $5,000 expires 12 months after approval, and any matched credits you receive later expire 12 months from when they're granted—giving you extended runway as you scale.
Absolutely! We review all applications on a case-by-case basis. If you're already using Deepgram and meet the criteria, we'd love to support your growth.
We evaluate applications case-by-case. If you've raised more but are still early in your voice AI journey, apply anyway and tell us about your situation. We're flexible for the right use cases.
