Darren J. Ascone

Darren J. Ascone is the CEO and co-founder of Hover Networks. With over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, Darren has a proven track record of success. He has held various positions in the industry, including stints as the Chief Operating Officer for Synacor (NASDAQ: SYNC), which he co-founded in a University at Buffalo dorm room with co-founder George Chamoun. Darren is a graduate of the University at Buffalo, where he earned BS degrees in both Information Systems and Business – Management Information Systems. Darren is an accomplished triathlete and wrestler, and currently serves as a high school track & field coach. A serial entrepreneur, Darren’s wide-ranging skills from sales to software development have been instrumental in his success.
