What Twilio offers
- Programmable Voice and Media Streams for live call audio
- ConversationRelay for building voice agents on a phone call, with Deepgram as a transcription provider
- Phone numbers, SIP trunking, and Flex for contact centers
How Twilio works with Deepgram
Twilio ConversationRelay runs Nova-3 and Flux as transcription options, Media Streams pipes live call audio to Deepgram over WebSockets, and the Twilio Marketplace Add-On for Deepgram is the fastest way to get started. Twilio's own Gather, Real-Time Transcription, and batch transcription products are powered by Deepgram, and Twilio's bundled pricing for those speech products includes Media Streams transport, which is normally sold separately.
