These Deepgram Speak Attendee Credit Promotion Terms (these "Promotion Terms") govern Deepgram, Inc.'s ("Deepgram," "we," "us," or "our") limited-time credit promotion for Speak attendees described below (the "Promotion"). By accepting or using Bonus Credits, you agree to these Promotion Terms in addition to Deepgram's Terms of Service at https://deepgram.com/terms or, if you have a separate written agreement with Deepgram covering your use of Deepgram's services, that agreement (as applicable, the "Deepgram Terms"). If you participate on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Promotion Terms on its behalf, and "you" includes that organization. No purchase of Deepgram Services or deposit is required to participate. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Deepgram Terms.
1.1 Key Dates.
To participate, you must check in by badge scan at Speak on October 29, 2026 (the "Check-In Date") and have a Deepgram account registered to your Business Email by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on November 6, 2026 (the "Account Deadline").
1.2 The Offer.
Each Eligible Attendee will receive $500 in Bonus Credits, applied to one Eligible Project as described in Section 2.4.
1.3 Pricing.
Current pricing is at https://deepgram.com/pricing. Bonus Credits are drawn down at the rates that apply to the usage at the time it occurs. Deepgram may update plans, pricing, features, usage limits, and billing under the Deepgram Terms.
1.4 Definitions.
- "Speak" means the Deepgram Speak ‘26 conference held in San Francisco, CA on October 29, 2026.
- "Bonus Credits" means the promotional credits granted under this Promotion.
- "Business Email" means an email address on an organization's own domain. Addresses on free or consumer email domains (such as gmail.com, outlook.com, or yahoo.com), as determined by Deepgram, are not Business Emails.
- "Project" means a workspace within Deepgram Console, Deepgram's self-service account interface. Credits are held and used at the Project level.
2.1 Eligible Attendee.
You are an "Eligible Attendee" if you: (a) registered for Speak using a Business Email; (b) checked in at Speak by badge scan on the Check-In Date; and (c) have a Deepgram account registered to that same Business Email, either when you check in or created by the Account Deadline. Limit one award per unique Business Email. Multiple attendees from the same organization may qualify. Eligibility is subject to Sections 2.2, 2.5, and 2.7.
2.2 Excluded Persons.
Deepgram employees and contractors are not eligible.
2.3 Eligible Project.
An "Eligible Project" is any Project in which an Eligible Attendee's account holds a member role and which is owned by an account associated with the Eligible Attendee’s registered Business Email domain, that is active and in good standing when Bonus Credits are granted, and that complies with the Deepgram Terms and applicable law.
2.4 One Award per Attendee.
Each Eligible Attendee may receive a maximum of one $500 award under this Promotion. An Eligible Attendee's award is applied to the Eligible Project that has the highest API request volume over the trailing 30 days as of the date of grant. If no such Eligible Project has API usage in that window, the award is applied to the Eligible Attendee's most recently created Eligible Project associated with that domain. If the attendee has no such Eligible Project, the award lapses.
2.5 Geographic Availability.
The Promotion is available only where Deepgram's services are lawfully offered and the Promotion is not prohibited or restricted. Deepgram may restrict availability in any jurisdiction at its discretion.
2.6 Public Sector and Other Regulated Customers.
Government, public sector, and customers in regulated industries are responsible for confirming that participation is permitted under their procurement, ethics, gifts, and contracting rules. Bonus Credits are provided to your organization for business use of Deepgram's services and not as a personal benefit to any individual. Deepgram may require additional approvals before applying Bonus Credits. If the Promotion is not permitted under your organization's rules, please contact us and we will remove the Bonus Credits.
2.7 Verification; Duplicate, Abusive, and Misrepresented Accounts.
Deepgram may verify eligibility before granting Bonus Credits, including by requesting information from you, and may withhold Bonus Credits pending verification. Deepgram may decline, withhold, revoke, or reverse Bonus Credits for any account or Project that Deepgram reasonably determines: (a) is a duplicate; (b) was created or used primarily to obtain Bonus Credits rather than for genuine use, including by creating multiple Projects with no meaningful independent purpose; or (c) is associated with a misrepresentation, such as registering for Speak with a Business Email that is not your own.
3.1 Grant.
Bonus Credits will be granted to the Eligible Project by November 13, 2026.
3.2 Use of Credits.
Bonus Credits apply only toward Deepgram API usage by the Eligible Project that occurs after the Bonus Credits are granted, and will not be applied retroactively to prior charges. They do not apply to taxes, third-party charges, or professional services.
3.3 No Expiration; Forfeiture.
Bonus Credits do not expire. Bonus Credits are forfeited if the Eligible Project is deleted, or if the Deepgram account that owns it is closed or terminated.
3.4 No Cash Value.
Bonus Credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash, refunds, or other consideration.
3.5 Non-Transferable.
The Promotion and Bonus Credits are specific to the Eligible Project and may not be sold, assigned, transferred, or applied to any other account or Project.
3.6 No Combination.
The Promotion may not be combined with any other discount, promotional code, promotional credit, referral credit, or partner or program credit unless Deepgram permits it in writing. This restriction does not apply to Deepgram's standard $200 in free sign-up credits. Bonus Credits may be used alongside your existing pricing or agreement with Deepgram.
4.1 Changes.
Deepgram may modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time, including for technical issues, billing errors, fraud, abuse, legal requirements, or business changes.
4.2 Effect on Granted Credits.
Deepgram will use reasonable efforts to avoid materially reducing Bonus Credits already validly granted to Eligible Projects, except as required by law or to address fraud, abuse, or error.
4.3 Errors.
Deepgram may correct typographical, technical, pricing, or billing errors relating to the Promotion at any time, including after Bonus Credits are granted or used.
5.1 Conflicts.
The Deepgram Terms continue to govern your use of the services. If these Promotion Terms conflict with the Deepgram Terms, these Promotion Terms control only as to the Promotion, eligibility, and Bonus Credit mechanics; the Deepgram Terms control in all other respects.
6. General
6.1 Severability.
If any provision is unenforceable, it is severed and the rest remains in effect.
6.2 No Waiver.
Deepgram's failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
6.3 Entire Agreement.
These Promotion Terms, with the Deepgram Terms, are the entire agreement regarding the Promotion.
