Terms & Conditions: By registering for Deepgram Speak, I agree to the Terms & Conditions, Code of Conduct, and Privacy Policy. I consent to receive communications from Deepgram. I understand that photographs, video, and audio recordings will be taken during the event, including my speech during any voice demonstrations I interact with, and I consent to Deepgram's use of my name, image, voice, and likeness in photos, recordings, and other media for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes without compensation. I also acknowledge that attendance involves ordinary risks associated with a public event, and to the fullest extent permitted by California law, I release the organizers, sponsors, and venue from liability for claims arising from my participation, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
