Voximplant connects its global telephony and real‑time communications platform directly to Deepgram's Voice Agent API, so developers can run low‑latency, speech‑to‑speech voice agents on live phone, SIP, WebRTC, and WhatsApp calls without building custom media or streaming infrastructure.

Using a native Deepgram Voice Agent connector inside VoxEngine, audio is streamed into Deepgram’s unified listen / think / speak stack - combining STT, LLM reasoning, and TTS - while Voximplant handles call control, media conversion, and compliance.

The integration exposes the full Deepgram Voice Agent API (including conversation text, turn‑taking, and history) plus mid‑call controls, so teams can debug, tune, and orchestrate production Voice AI from a single scenario.
