Deepgram is a remote first company and as such, we cherish the time we get to spend together in person. A few weeks ago we hosted our second annual all company offsite in Cabo!
Here’s how it went…
On day one, after a company kickoff and dinner, we gathered for a beach bonfire. During a game of Chubby Bunny, our very own CEO Scott Stephenson impressed us by fitting 3 jumbo sized marshmallows in his mouth. But perhaps the most intense competition was our pickleball tournament!
Throughout the week, we held various panels and learning sessions that not only helped us bring new ideas and innovations to life, but also enabled us to grow and learn alongside each other in a major way.
We spent much of the week focused on company presentations, cross org brainstorms, and learning sessions. Then we capped off the week with a rocket building contest. Below are a couple examples of our egg-loaded rockets!
And, of course, we have to end the week with a beautiful, delicious dinner by the sea! After all, nothing caps off our team-building experiences better than a good meal with great company.
Oh, and did we mention the fire show? Huge shoutout to our resort for the world-class entertainment! If we didn’t have to fly back home, we’d still be giving a standing ovation.
